The Board: COVID 19 UK Variant

So, I have been thinking...  Does the UK variant mean that there is gonna be vaccines released every year just like the Seasonal Flu vaccines?  Im not so sure im prepared to take this COVID 19 vaccine every year..  The medical community must be clear on how this vaccine is going to be delivered especially since there are variants.  Does the virus mutate?  Does this mean that quarantine is going to be an ongoing thing?  These are the questions people like myself need answered.  I mean, the way the Seasonal Flu vaccine is administered is voluntary but with the COVID vaccine, if one does not take it, they will then be subsequently denied services.  As a citizen, to tell you the truth I am getting pretty restless with this quarantine.  It has affected so many aspects of my life.  Yes, I know that we all need to cooperate to ensure the wellbeing of people in the community but really, im not so sure how much I can hold on.  Like really am I to wear a mask everytime I go to a public place from hereon out?  Please clarify.  Thanks!
